Introduction to whuppit
whuppit is focused on making you more profitable and efficient in the hobby by letting you easily track & organize your inventory, stay on top of your grading orders and accuracy, and arm you with the tools and data you need to be able to identify better grading targets in the future.
There are a few core concepts in whuppit to help you with this.
Cards
The heart of your whuppit account are your cards, your inventory. You’re able to provide detailed information about each card in your inventory so that you can filter and search through your inventory quickly, and get detailed reporting about what you have available, what you’ve sold, what’s been profitable and what hasn’t. You’re also able to quickly create eBay listings directly from whuppit.

Submissions
If you’re buying raw cards and sending them in for grading, you can attach your cards to a grading Submission inside of whuppit. This enables to see profitability and grading accuracy for each individual grading order.
Submissions also let you see, at a glance, how quickly you’re selling through each order so you can decide whether or not you need to be more aggressive about selling through.
Collections
Collections enable you to group your inventory together into logical groups, so that you can easily view, and share, different subsets of your inventory. Collections work great for tracking your own personal collection, and for PSA graded cards in particular, provide a beautiful way for you to look through your favorite cards.
Each collection also has the ability to be shared publicly, letting you quickly create shareable links for potential buyers to review the specific cards (with optional asking prices) you think they may be interested in.
Profit Evaluator
The whuppit profit evaluator is the latest addition to whuppit, and is focused on helping you maximize your profit efficiency by helping you find more profitable grading targets.
The evaluator lets you quickly and automatically retrieve a complete breakdown of all the grades a particular card has received, so that you can provide comps for each. It then uses that data to calculate the expected profit efficiency for grading that card, how much you would need to spend to potentially earn $1,000 in profit, and the gem rate you would need to hit for profitability.
Reports
Using all your inventory and sales data, whuppit gives you powerful reporting to zero in on exactly what is working, and what isn’t. There are built-in reports for tracking your monthly cohort profitability, as well as to see your most profitable players, sports, inventory sources and more. Gem rate reports let you see which cards, sources, players, and card years are leading to higher gem rates for you. There are also seller reports letting you track which sellers tend to sell you clean, gradeable cards so you know who to go back to.
Custom reports let you go even deeper, letting you search and filter however you want. You can create one-off custom reports to explore your data, or save custom reports for easy retrieval in the future.
