Creating your eBay Listings
At the moment, listing on eBay is limited to PSA graded cards only. More options will be coming soon. For now, an option to list on eBay is shown for cards that match the following conditions:
- The card does not currently have an eBay listing associated it
- The card is not marked as Sold, Incoming, Grading, Vaulted or In PC
- The card is graded by PSA
Any card that is able to be listed to eBay will have a “List on eBay” button displayed next to it.
Clicking on that button will bring you to a page where you can fine-tune your listing.
The title and description will be pre-filled using the saved templates you have in your account. If you don’t have any saved templates, a simple standard template will be applied.
From here, you can adjust your title and descriptions as needed.
Buy It Now Listings
For Buy It Now listings, you will need to provide a “Buy It Now” price. This defaults to the “Asking Price” associated with the card, if it exists, but you can adjust it here to be whatever you would like.
You can also optionally select “Accept Offers” if you would like the Best Offer feature enabled on eBay. If you choose to accept offers, you’ll have the ability to set both a minimum offer and an auto-accept offer.
The minimum offer ensures that any offer you receive on eBay below that amount is automatically declined, and can save you a lot of frustrating low-ball offers.
The auto-accept offer ensures that any offer greater than or equal to that value is automatically accepted, letting you automatically accept offers you deem reasonable.
Auction Listings
For Auction Listings, you will need to provide a Starting Bid and a Listing Duration. The default Listing Duration is 7 days. It’s highly recommended that you use 7 or 10 day auctions as they’ve been shown repeatedly to garner higher sales prices, but 3 and 5 day auctions area available.
Scheduling your listing
By default, all listings start immediately. However, you can schedule both Buy It Now and Auction Listings to start at a later date and time by toggling the “Schedule Listing” field.
Turning “Schedule Listing” on will bring up a few fields where you can choose any day in the next 7 day period to start your listing, as well as the time you would like the listing to start at.
For auctions, you’ll also see a little note letting you know which day the auction will end based on the start date and duration you’ve chosen.
Submitting your listing
Once you have filled out the details you would like and selected your listing type, you can hit “Create Listing”. This will send the listing off to eBay and create it. If you chose to make the listing active right away, you’ll be given a link to go view the live listing. If you chose to schedule your listing, you’ll get a link to view all your scheduled listings in case you want to verify details or manage it further from within your eBay account.
